The utility here is awesome. We have hot tub and swimming pool downstairs. The gym is close to our building too. It's very quiet here. The university of Santa Clara is just across the street. You can use their play ground to do running. The most important thing is that Cal Train and Police Station are only 5mins walk from the apartment which means you will be very safe and enjoy the convenience! CalTrain is just 5mins walk.
