Shopping centers nearby. This vintage studio is located walking distance of the historical uptown Whittier. Whittier was originally founded by Quakers with many orchard and later converted to a residential area. Come and enjoy the magic of Uptown Whittier and its history thru all the amazing antique shops around the area. There will be one assigned parking space for a SMALL compact car as shown in pictures 10 and 11 posted in listing. You may park on the street if you have a bigger vehicle but we warn you that the street parking space does fill up quickly after 5 pm by local residents. NOTE: Bathroom is compact, will not be comfortable for large size bodies. Guest access Guest will only have access to studio in the back behind front main house and will be assigned one parking space for small compact car as shown in pictures posted in listing. No wondering around the rest of the premises. *STREET PARKING: If you park on street make sure you pay attention to street sweeper signs to avoid getting a ticket. Other things to note -->Booking dates are final, we do not accept alterations for early check outs. -->We can only consider reservation requests from guests with prior reviews. -->We require you to agree to a post-booking ID verification. A picture of your government-issued ID must be sent via the Airbnb app chat thread immediately after your reservation is confirmed. -->For the security and safety of all residents, and as part of our local safety compliance procedure, we require the primary guest's real contact number in addition to the Airbnb communication channels.
