The house is set back off the road and surrounded by woodlands so even with all of these amenities at your fingertips, you feel like you're far off the beaten path! The space Gorgeous chef's kitchen with an open floor plan makes this house ideal for get togethers with friends and family. Superb for entertaining! There is a covered walkway that leads to the covered back deck with direct access to the mudroom which makes storing ski boots, jackets, and other winter items a breeze! There are ski racks in the covered walkway for convenient storage and access! The mudroom is also a great place for your pets to spend the day should they require a smaller space while you are out. There is a sliding barn door that separates it from the kitchen. All of the beds are brand new and either full tempurpedic mattresses or hybrids to ensure maximum comfort! There are oscillating fans in every room and ceiling fans throughout the downstairs to ensure great ventilation! During the winter months, the two car garage is available to our guests with cars or small SUVs. There is a door that connects directly to the covered walkway, so no need to go out in the snow until you're on the slopes! There is ample parking for multiple vehicles including dually pickup trucks. The house has excellent WiFi as well as a hardwired phone line for the fax machine. While we do not offer cable, 4 of the 5 bedrooms and the living room are outfitted with either Roku or Chromecast TVs. For those wishing to stay a week or more, the housekeeper can be arranged for an extra fee should you wish to have the space freshened up! The house is monitored by Ring and all guests will be provided with access codes for your safety and security. Coffee, tea, and cocoa are always available in the kitchen and you will find creamers, sugar, and sugar substitutes by the Keurig at the beginning of your stay. Should you require any other food/supplies to be available upon your arrival, this can be arranged for a fee. The kitchen is fully stocked in terms of cookware, china, and spices and we offer travel mugs and travel water bottles for our guests to use as well! There are also ziploc bags, saran wrap, and tin foil should you need any of these products. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash and there are q-tips, floss, makeup wipes, and extra toothbrushes/toothpaste available as well! The house is maintained by a maintenance company, so no need to worry about being able to get in and out of the driveway or up/down the stairs in the snow as they plow/sand/salt/shovel when there are 2" or more on the ground. There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the premises, no exceptions. We are dog friendly! Any size, any breed! There is a $150 REFUNDABLE pet deposit that will be returned after the housekeeper has turned over the house. Should there be any accidents or damage, these costs will be deducted from the pet deposit. Please let us know before your stay if you intend to bring pets!
