Welcome to Urban Escape! Here are some useful info: • 1200 sqft (111 sqm) • Residential neighborhood • Fully equipped kitchen • Keypad lock • TV • Plenty of parking • 8 mi to SeaTac Airport • 12 mi to downtown Seattle • 3 mi to Renton Landing plaza, outdoor shopping. • 5 mi to Tukwila South Center mall, indoor shopping & entertainment. Keep in mind that there is only 1 bathroom, no washer and drier. No luggage drop off. The space I had put a lot of thoughts, love and sweat equity to transform this home last year. I now open its door for guests to enjoy while visiting Seattle. The kitchen is by far my favorite part of the home as it is where everyone would gather chatting, eating and enjoying each other. GENERAL: The entire main floor is about 1200 square ft with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. 3 BEDROOMS: each has average size with a Queen bed (2 pillows & 1 comforter), sleeps comfortably 2 adults. No TV in bedroom. 1 LIVING ROOM: L-shape couch pulls out to a full/queen bed that sleeps 1 or 2 smaller people/kids. The TV has Netflix subscription. 1 BATHROOM: Large bathroom with standing rain-head shower/tub. Spacious vanity with 1 sink and drawer storage. Towels and basic toiletries are provided. KITCHEN: Fully-equipped (plates, cups, utensils, pots & pans, small appliances etc.) kitchen including 4-burner electric range, double door fridge, and double sink. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire main floor including a full kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. A family is living in the basement with separate entrance. Guest will be provided front door code for our Schlage smart lock to self-check in/out as they please. Other things to note 1- There is only 1 bathroom in the house. 2- I need access to the garage so please, park on street in front of the house on the left fence. There is plenty of street parking around the house. 3- While children and babies are welcome in Urban Escape, it is NOT childproofed. 4- No washer and dryer available for guests. 5- No AC. I do provide fan. 6- During the rainy season, the deck leading to the front door is a little slippery so please walk slowly and there may be a puddle in front of the house. 7- Please, be mindful about loud noise when walking and talking as there is another family living right below you in the basement. 8- Please, make sure to read our house rules as there are $200 fines for smoking inside, unregistered guests, animals and excess cleaning. 9-AGREEMENT: by booking this listing, you agree that you & your guests will follow our rules, Airbnb rules & local law.
