Seeblick Haus is a small vacation home for 4 people on a secluded, very private site in Northport. The open floor plan of the house is designed around the natural setting of the property and facilitates a 270 degree view of Grand Traverse bay and the surrounding orchards. Large windows offer the experience to be close to nature through all seasons and the wrap-around porch extends the living space to the outdoors. The space The space comfortably sleeps 4 people, with one queen bed in the main bedroom, one queen bed in the guest bedroom, and a queen bed in the den. The main bedroom offers a soaking tub, two sinks, and a rain shower while the guest bathroom has a small sink and rain shower. Fully equipped kitchen includes convection oven, convection cooktop with downdraft, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, two stainless steel sinks, and all items to create a meal for family and friends. THINGS TO NOTE When arriving during the Winter months, driving a 4-wheel drive vehicle with winter tires is mandatory to get to the house in case of a snowstorm. -The house is not suitable for small children. We allow children 8 years and older. -Sorry, no parties, weddings, elopements, catered dinners, or other events. -We kindly ask that you keep the use of perfumes, body sprays, or any other scented products to a minimum during your stay, as our family has allergies. Insta: @seeblickhaus WOOD BURNING STOVE: The high-efficiency wood-burning stove can be used, but please READ and FOLLOW the detailed instructions in the House manual online or the printed copy next to the stove. Please NEVER use the wood-burning stove with the door left open or roast marshmallows. This will damage the stove, and we will charge a $500 cleaning fee. PETS: No pets are allowed as we have pet allergies in the family. No exceptions, sorry! SMOKING: No smoking is permitted on the property. If you must smoke please do outside and dispose of butts properly. An additional cleaning fee of $300 will be charged for any smoking inside the home. Guest access When renting Seeblick Haus, you can access the entire property except the basement, sauna, and garage. Other things to note -Sorry, no events are allowed. This includes weddings, elopements, photo sessions and catered dinners. -We kindly ask that you keep the use of perfumes, body sprays, or any other scented products to a minimum during your stay, as our family has allergies.
