It has wooden floor, and a romantic feel, with stylish objects selected by Caroline. The bedrooms are spacios and very confortable. The double bedroom has a large wardrobe and chest of drawers, and soft lamps. The single bedroom, with ensuite bathroom has an extra bed. The kitchen is provided with new blender, toaster, kettle, dish washer, washing machine, oven, microwave and a four ring stove. Plus wine glasses, ceramic plates etc and children's plastic plates/cups. The dining area has white table and chairs, and modern paintings by Italian artist Guglielmo Meltzeid from Primo Piano Art gallery in Venice add another contemporary twist. Guest access The larger bathroom has a cabin shower, sink and WC and the smaller has a WC and a sink. The apartment is equipped with quality linings, towels and hair drier. Air conditioning for the Summer and floor heating for the winter. The floor is in wood and the ceiling has old traditional wood beams, typical of Venice palazzos. The lift arrives at every floor. This apartment is the perfect place for a great family holiday, or a romantic getaway in the historic center of Venice, in an extremely central and convenient location. Restaurants, shops, cafes all just outside your door- great wide choice and suppliers, for all tastes. Try the Venetian "osteria" with local ciceti-tapas for a glass of veneto wine, or the elegant patisseries for cappuccino and typical cakes. Maid service is available on request.
