This is a private guest suite with a separate entrance located adjacent to our home--formerly the master bedroom of the house so it does share walls with the other bedrooms in the main house. The nightly rate is for up to 2 guests. It has a separate and private entrance for contact-free check in. There is is WiFi, a Roku TV and cell phone service and hot spot is good. It has a private patio area and a designated parking space. PLEASE NOTE: We do live on the premises so you may hear some noise when guests are visiting and the gardner and handyman are on the property. Some of the neighbors do have pets, dogs, chickens and horses so you may hear occasional animal noises. Also, no smoking on the property, inside or outside. Kitchenette: Includes microwave, mini refrigerator, coffee pot and toaster, plus sink and basic kitchen items. Although this is connected to my home you will have separate and private access to the studio. Space is not inside my main house though there is shared walls with the bedrooms. Only 2 miles off the 101 FWY. Neighborhood close grocery store, gas station, Starbucks, CVS, and ATMs. Country setting.
