Vacation between mountains and lakes! The time out in the Chiemgau is located in Rottau directly on the edge of the forest and only 6 km from Lake Chiemsee. The space The Chiemseeluft vacation rental is located in our main house. Together with us (Nadine and Stefan with 3 boys), we live in the renovated farmhouse. Nevertheless, you are of course all for yourself and have your own access to Chiemseeluft. We provide free parking and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen with cozy seating area is equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and coffee machine, kettle... In the living room you will find a large couch with TV, an additional dining area, toys and board games. We also offer 3 bedrooms with TV, as well as 3 bathrooms with shower/toilet and a bathtub. In the immediate vicinity of the vacation home, a wide range of sports and mountain activities are offered (hiking, biking, surfing, swimming, tennis, golf...). In addition, cultural activities at Lake Chiemsee, in Munich, Rosenheim, Traunstein, Salzburg and the surrounding area invite you. (Rosenheim is about 22 km, Salzburg about 65 km away. Airports nearby are Munich or Salzburg.) Other things to note Please indicate when booking whether all 3 bedrooms are required, if so min. 6 people. An extra bed for a 7th guest is charged €20/night. In addition to our prices, the tourist tax of the tourist information office is added on site. From January 1, 2020, the charge is 1 euro per day for adults and 0.50 euros for children. For a short stay of 2 nights, a surcharge of 100 euros will be charged on site.
