Waterfront Beach Cottage on beautiful Holden Beach

So you have the best of both worlds, park your boat at the 14'x14' dock or walk across the street to the beach. This house is also convenient to both the only grocery store on the island and the Holden Beach Fishing Pier as both are within a couple hundred feet. The house has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms with a newly renovated large living area and kitchen in the center of the house. Two bedrooms have queen size beds and two bedrooms contain two full size beds. The is a wide covered deck overlooking the canal that spans the width of the house and similar deck out front of the house that is perfect for sunning.
