The Windham House was built in 1904 and is located in the Belle Grove Historic District in downtown Fort Smith. The house is a short distance from the Convention Center, National Cemetery, River Park and the Fort Smith Museum. Restaurants, casinos and music venues are also in the area. Fort Chaffee is less than 10 miles away and under 6 miles to the Fort Smith Regional Airport. Very comfortable old house with high ceilings, transoms and lots of wood trim. Guests will have access to the entire main floor. There is no access to the upstairs and the basement. There is parking in the back of the house and on the parking lot to the side of the house. We live within four blocks of the house. We can be reached by phone or text at all times. The area is quiet. There is a keypad at the back door.
