In the middle of the island of Mallorca, in the small country town of Sencelles at the town exit towards Inca, is the 17th-century Can-Mavi manor house. The property, with 450 m² of living space and an almost paradisiacal, secluded, approx. 800 m² garden with a pool, has been extensively renovated and modernized and converted into a small apartment building with a total of 5 apartments. The location in the center of the island is the ideal base for discovering Mallorca; attractive destinations such as the sea, mountains and Palma are only about 30 minutes away by car. The space Separate seating areas are available for the apartments in the shared garden and pool area. Guest access Guests have access to the garden, terrace, barbecue and pool area. Parking is possible in the side streets or in the garage for a fee of €20.00 per week. Supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. During your stay We are always happy to assist guests with tips, information, questions and requests. The German landlord and property manager lives just minutes away. Other things to note We would like to point out that the house, the garden and the pool area are not designed for small children.
