From the moment you enter, you're immersed in open-concept living and dining spaces that flow effortlessly into the outdoors. The master suite and large guest suite feature sliding glass doors that open directly to the pool and lounging areas, each offering sunset-facing infinity views of the fairways and the majestic San Jacinto Mountain beyond. The two additional guest bedrooms greet the morning sunrise, completing a full-circle experience of light and landscape. Both the master en-suite and guest bathrooms are designed for ultimate relaxation, with dual modern vanities, soft-close toilets, and 12” rainfall showers. Complimentary amenities include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and makeup remover towelettes. MidCentury Charm Meets Modern Ease Inside, a dual-faced stone gas fireplace anchors both the living and dining rooms, a signature MidCentury feature. The home is equipped with keyless entry, dimmable LED lighting, and USB outlets throughout. Each room features a 50”+ Smart HDTV with Netflix and Sling TV, plus Alexa-enabled Bluetooth speakers linked to our home’s Spotify account. Thoughtful Comfort in Every Room. Two primary bedrooms offer king beds, while the guest rooms feature CalKing and queen beds. Expect blackout drapes or top-down, bottom-up shades, down pillows in the master suite, and carry-on luggage racks and hangers in every closet. Fully Equipped Kitchen & Work Nook. The kitchen includes a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, 4-burner cooktop, oven, microwave, Keurig and standard coffee makers, toaster, blender, and dishwasher. All cooking and cleaning essentials are provided. For remote work, a built-in desk sits adjacent to the kitchen, complete with power and USB outlets. Outdoor Living Like No Other. This home sits directly along a quiet fairway, offering a front-row seat to nature’s quiet rhythm. Occasionally, golfers pass by mostly unnoticed. The pool can be heated with advance notice (additional fees apply), and two mountain bikes are available for exploring the Tahquitz Golf Fairways and nearby nature trails. You’ll also find a dedicated pétanque court, perfect for sunset games with mountain views as your backdrop. Pet-Friendly with Care. Well-behaved, flea-free dogs are welcome with prior approval. Weekend stays incur a $100/pet/day fee; longer stays may be negotiated. Limit: 2 pets. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture. Rates & Taxes Nightly rates fluctuate based on demand. All bookings are subject to an 11.5% City of Palm Springs Occupancy Tax and 1% County of Riverside Tourism Assessment Fee. No tax applies for stays over 28 days. Palm Springs City ID# is 4355. Guest access Entire house except owner' closet next to front door. Other things to note [1] The City of Palm Springs requires the primary guest who made the booking to be at least 25 years old and shall be responsible for all the other guests during the stay. [2] Copy of government-issued photo ID (Driver's License), email, and full names of all guests required to be submitted after booking. [3] A rental contract is required by the city of Palm Springs to be signed. [4] The guest on record must provide a list of all guests' full names and the number of vehicles, including license plate numbers. [5] Up to a maximum occupancy of 10 guests at any given time - max of up to 8 adults only AND 2 children (12 y.o. and under). An extra person fee applies after the 6th guest. [6] Upon check-in, the primary guest on record shall send a photo of the required Statement form (pertaining to city rules and regulations on renting a vacation rental) with the signatures of all adult guests. [7] Outdoor music and noise are not allowed. The City of Palm Springs is very strict in enforcing this ordinance and will come with a $500 fine to the guest and a citation to the homeowner. The guest on record will receive an appropriate review on his/her Airbnb account. [8] No smoking/vaping inside the home. [9] The home is along a quiet part of the fairway, and the property occasionally does get golf balls. [10] Request pool heating at least 5 days before check-in. Pool heating is an extra fee. [11] Do not use any white towels to remove makeup and other non-washable products. We will charge the primary guest $10 for stained hand towels and $ 20 for bath towels. [12] Trash collection day is on Tuesdays early morning. Please drop all trash on Monday night for timely and proper collection. Trash bins are located outside next to the garage.
