Entertainers paradise with private pool and spa! Newly renovated home sits on a large 10,000 sq ft lot with all modern amenities. There is a newly marbled heated pool and spa, fire pit area, pool table and 70in tv with sound system in the living room, and Roku smart TVs in 3 of the Bedrooms! Location is in a quiet residential neighborhood in La Quinta, minutes from shopping centers. The space *House Was Recently Renovated On April 2024 With New Design And Furnishings, Interior Paint, Recessed Lightning And Newly Constructed 5th Bedroom Casita With Private Entrance And Bathroom* Home: Living room boasts a large sectional couch and 70 inch 4K tv with a sound bar and subwoofer. This is the perfect space for your group to watch the game or relax at night with a movie. Next to the living room is a pool table and a small bar loaded with wine glasses, whiskey glasses and Moscow mule cups. Kitchen has beautiful mahogany cabinets and a stainless steel Samsung fridge. Kitchen is stocked with practically every cooking utensil and appliance you might need for that large family meal! There is a newly constructed casita with a 5th bedroom and bathroom. Casita has a work desk, ensuite bathroom and its own private entrance separate from the main home. The master bedroom also has an en suite bathroom with a skylight. There are 3 other bedrooms and a hallway bathroom. The large sectional couch can sleep 1 more. Towels, soap, toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner are all provided. There are extra pillows, blankets and large beach towels. Outside: There are 3 separate large sliding glass doors leading into the large and spacious backyard. Kickback and relax at night over the fire pit. Cook up some bbq on the grill and enjoy over the large patio dining table. Or just relax on the separate patio seating area. To the right is the private pool and spa that is gated, making it perfect for kids. The pool and spa have beautiful pearl white pebble tec giving the water an enchanting blue color under that hot desert sun. Everything is automated giving you full control over the LED lights and spa features. There is nothing better than sitting in the spa at night with the string lights around the palm trees on, the LED lights on in the pool, the spa jets running and a nice cold beer in your hand. Seriously you won't want to leave after :) --- INTERIOR DETAILS --- This home accommodates up to 12 guests with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Additional spaces include a living space, dining area, kitchen, billiard room, 2-car garage, and laundry area. BEDROOMS: ●Bedroom #1 (primary): King bed, ensuite bath, nightstands, table lamps, smart tv, armoire, closet, luggage rack, ceiling fan, access to backyard ●Bedroom #2: Queen bed, nightstands, table lamps, ceiling fan, smart tv, closet, luggage rack ●Bedroom #3: Queen bed, nightstand, table lamp, ceiling fan, smart tv, closet, luggage rack ●Bedroom #4: (casita): Private Entrance, Queen bed, ensuite bath, side table, table lamps, smart tv, work desk, closet, luggage rack, ceiling fan ●Bedroom #5: Full over full bunk (top bunk for 2 children or 1 adult), smart tv, side table, closet, luggage rack Sleeping area 6: one twin-size, roll-away Millard Diplomat Folding Bed (memory foam mattress). BATHROOMS: ●Bathroom #1: Standing shower, located in master bedroom ●Bathroom #2: Full bath with tub, located in hallway ●Bathroom #3: Standing shower, located in bedroom #5 --- EXTERIOR DETAILS --- ●Pool and spa: Gated area, smart automation system with easy spa control (pool heating: $75/day, spa heating: $25/day) ●Covered Pergola: Lounge seating area, 6-person table for al fresco dining, propane stainless steel grill ●Wood fire-pit with 4 lounge chairs --- HOUSE RULES/ POLICIES --- 1. No parties or loud gatherings are allowed. 2. As per City of La Quinta Policy for vacation rentals, outdoor noise amplification or music is PROHIBITED at all times of the day. Additionally, Quiet Hours are between 9PM - 8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10pm-8am Friday and Saturday. During Quiet Hours amplifying devices or music is prohibited outdoors. Outside of Quiet Hours, keep any outdoor noise within the property line. 3. Spa and pool heating are extra. $25/day for spa heating and $75/day for pool heating. Pool will be heated to 85 degrees. Please advise beforehand if you want to take advantage of pool heater as it takes 10 hours to heat the pool so it is warm by check in. 4. Early check in at 1PM ($100) and late check out at 2PM ($100) is available for an extra fee ONLY if there are no back to back bookings to allow for proper cleaning. 5. Minimum 25 years of age to book. 6. No more than 5 vehicles allowed on the property. 7. SOME pets are allowed for an extra fee ($150/pet). Please consult with the owner before bringing the pet. Maximum of 2 pets. Pets are not allowed in the pool or on the bed. While we do allow some pets with prior approval, a $500 fine will be imposed for any presence or evidence of unapproved pets found within the premises. 8. No smoking inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a minimum fine of $500. 9. There is a camera in the backyard patio. This camera is only in use for security when guests are not present. 10. Any missing or damaged linen, towels or small appliances will be deducted from the security deposit pre-authorized hold that is placed on the credit card on file. --- TERMS AND CONDITIONS --- Please refer to our website for our entire Terms and Conditions Safely Damage Waiver: As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with Safely to provide you with $1500 worth of coverage for accidental contents damage or property damage. This means you can vacation with the peace of mind that you wont be unknowingly charged after your check out for minor accidental damages that may happen during your stay. All we ask is that you inform us of any damage so that we can file the claim with Safely. Payment Terms: A valid credit card is required to be kept on file upon reservation. A member of our team will reach out to you upon booking to update your reservation guest portal with a valid credit card. The actual reservation payment is processed by Airbnb. For most bookings 50% is due upon booking and the remaining 50% is due 60 days before check in. If your check in is less than 60 days away, Airbnb may ask for the entire reservation amount upfront. We have no control over Airbnb's payment terms; please reach out to Airbnb for any questions regarding the payment schedule. Security Deposit: There is a $750 security deposit placed on the credit card on file as a pre-authorized hold. This is not a charge, but only a hold on the credit card. Pre-authorized hold is released 3 days after checkout provided there are no costs for which renter is responsible for such as: code compliances fines; missing or damaged linens, towels and small appliances; and costs not covered by our Safely insurance waiver. Renter hereby grants consent for Manager to charge Renter’s Card for any of the above damages or costs. Outdoor Noise Limits: All units are equipped with a NoiseAware volume tracking devices. These devices track decibel levels, but do not record sounds. Amplified noise or music is allowed outside as long as it is not Quiet Hours. Quiet hours is from 9pm-8am Sunday-Thursday and 10pm-8am Friday-Saturday, during which any speakers and all amplified noise is prohibited even if it is coming from inside the home. Any other outdoor noise must be kept to a reasonable level during Quiet Hours. These are city regulations and we must abide by them to keep our short term rental license. Upon the first notification from NoiseAware of a noise violation, we will reach out to the Guest to take corrective action. If the Guest is unresponsive or if no corrective action is taken, Guest may be liable to a $500 charge. Furthermore, if code enforcement goes to the property and issues a citation, Guest will be responsible for paying the entire citation amount. Guest authorizes manager to charge credit card on file for any fines issued by code enforcement or any charges for breaking noise policy. Cancellations: Cancellation policy is more flexible for bookings made through our website than for bookings made through Airbnb. On Airbnb, for any cancellations made 60 days or more from check in, you will receive a 50% refund. For any cancellations made within 60 days from check in, you will receive no refund. If the reservation is cancelled with 48 hours from booking, you will receive a full refund as long as check in is more than 30 days away. There is a strict no cancellation policy for all major holidays, major tennis or golf tournaments, and music festivals. Festivals include but are not limited to Power Trip, Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals. Special events and music festivals that are cancelled, postposed, or altered in any way, for any reason, do not qualify for any refund, alteration of the reservation or cancellation, including Acts of God, pandemics, epidemics or health outbreaks such as COVID-19. NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED IN THE CASE OF EARLY DEPARTURE OR CANCELLATION FOR ANY FESTIVAL BOOKING. Pre-Check In Link: You will receive a pre-check in link shortly after booking. Through this check in link you will have to enter some basic information regarding your reservation, will have to sign our Terms and Conditions, and will be able to purchase any additional services as part of your booking. You will not have access to the House Manual until the pre-check in link is completed. The Coachella Music Festival dates, April 10–14 and April 17–21, and the Stagecoach Music Festival dates, April 24–28, require booking Thursday through Sunday nights during those periods.
