Studio A with a queen bed and two bunk beds

Welcome to the studio cabin A located in the woods with majestic tall pine and cedar trees close to Lassen Volcanic National Park (18minutes away). There's also a lake and a creek on the 19 acre property where you can relax in the natural and peaceful wooded setting . Quiet and beautiful place to enjoy with your friends and family. The space This studio has a queen size bed and bunk beds. Sleeps max 4 people. It has a full bathroom and kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and a single burner hot plate for basic cooking needs. Outside is a picnic table with fire pit and wood/charcoal bbg grill. There is a TV, but no cable. There is also a DVD player with 20 random movies. Please help us keep the cost of cleaning low by keeping the place clean as possible. Do not leave garbage around, please put the trash in a trash bag/can. We kindly ask that prior to leaving, you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and put any dirty towels near the entry door upon leaving. It helps us get through the cleaning process quicker and allows us to keep the cleaning costs down for you and future guests. The campground sells large wood bundles for $10 or you can bring your own charcoal. Picking up wood from the grounds is NOT permitted. PETS: There is a one time pet fee of $35 per stay. No matter if you are staying one night or 7 nights, there will be a one time pet fee of $35. If you have 2 or 3 pets, the fee is $50 per stay. Max 3 pets allowed.
