Located just 1.5 hours from Nashville and 6 miles from the Tennessee River, this cozy 80-year-old home is a perfect weekend escape. Nestled between two Tennessee State Parks, it’s ideal for hiking, fishing, and unplugging from the city. We renovated it as newlyweds, keeping its charm and quirks. The space In our home you have access to a full kitchen with all the basics needed, full bath with tub shower combo, 1 bedroom with queen size bed, living room, dining room and a sunroom to relax in. Please note that this is a older home and closet space is non existent. There is a luggage stand in the bedroom as well as hooks on two doors. I have provided hangers in the dinning room closet as well. Guest access The entire home is yours. There are some doors that will remain locked that are utility/supply closets as well as the back room that is the owners space. Other things to note Boat and trailer parking available upon request.
