With amazing views across the harbour which can also be enjoyed from the small balcony allowing you to enjoy the hustle and bustle that St Ives has to offer. There is a sprawling, striking navy sofa, a large wall mounted Smart TV and a “cocktail corner”, perfect for a relaxing sundowner after a long day at the beach. The open plan kitchen/dining area is located on the first floor. It also has amazing views of the harbour which can be enjoyed from the two comfortable seats in the window, perfect for your morning coffee whilst watching the glorious sunrise. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. There is also a breakfast bar and a dining table for up to six guests, perfect for a family dinner or a special occasion. The utility room is in the basement and has a washing machine and tumble dryer. Located on the second floor the master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, ample storage and has stunning harbour views.
