According to Shibuya Ward regulations, smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas. 【Long-term Stays (30+ nights)】 ■ A signature for a monthly rental contract will be required. ■ If utility bills exceed 18,000 JPY/month, the excess will be charged. Early check-in and late check-out may be available depending on room availability. Requests can be accepted from 7 days prior to your arrival or departure. A fee of 2,500 yen per 60 minutes will apply. For guests arriving early in the morning, we recommend booking from the night before. 2. You cannot request late check-out on the day of your departure (cut out time is 12pm a day before). Please note that if you check out late without prior notice, a cleaning rescheduling fee may be charged. 3.
