The space This 1-bed, 1-bath apartment is located on the first floor of a historic apartment building. The 750sf interior living space also includes a kitchen / dining area and a living room which opens onto a screened porch. Contemporary furnishings and updated finishes help guests feel right at home. Guest access Guests are able to access all areas inside their specific apartment unit, as well as the front and back entry vestibules and the shared driveway. Other things to note The entrance to the driveway is steep, and not recommended for cars with low front bumpers. Parking in the driveway is also limited, but there is free street parking available along McLendon and Brooks. There is a non-refundable $150 pet fee for each pet, if approved. Laundry is available inside each unit at no cost. All guests staying longer than 28 days must sign an offline lease. The host will provide only an introductory supply of amenities.
