Toad Hill: Dog Friendly! Close to Smokies, Airport

This is a studio apartment that shares a roof with the main residence. It is separated from the main house by a breezeway that has spectacular views of the Smoky Mountains. It is located just 40 minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park as well as Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and just minutes from downtown Knoxville. It's a very easy 15 minute drive to Neyland Stadium. It's located on a cul-de-sac so there is minimal traffic. Please note, there are stairs to access the space (see pics). The space We have a newly installed laminate floor. The space is appointed with antique furniture and decorated with a personal touch. We have a new 50" Roku Smart TV with Spectrum premium cable, Amazon Prime Video, Paramount+, Discovery+, Netflix, YouTube, etc. The TV mount will swivel to any angle so you can watch from the living area or bed with a quick, easy adjustment. We also have a new Casper memory foam mattress that our guests have been raving about! Come check it out! Guest access You have a private apartment with access to the parking area, the breezeway, the spacious yard, and the back patio. Feel free to explore the property but please be careful. There are some landscaping projects currently underway. Smoking is not allowed inside the unit but ash trays are provided on the terrace. Other things to note We have guide books in the living area that will help you with area attractions, restaurants, hiking, music, etc. We are avid hikers so we will be happy to give you some tips on area hikes.
