IMPORTANT: We are firm on the max number of guests IMPORTANT ON DOGS: We will allow up to two very well behaved dogs per house but we do change $95 per dog. These dogs must be well trained, not puppies and are never let on the furniture or beds. They must also never be left alone in the house unless in a create. Owner must clean up after them. Bringing a pet that is not approved by us and paid for will result in a $500 fee. Although most of our guests still have a great time at any water level, we want to make sure you understand the dynamics of this reservoir. The lake may or may not fill up any given year but we will keep guests posted as we always do and offer a full refund up to 60 days before arrival. Although rare, if the lake drops below 140' down, this starts to impact the availability of local boat ramp and marina requiring travel to another part of the lake.
