Gated Community! This new house built in the Van Nuys area off Sherman Way close to the 405 freeway and Van Nuys Blvd. Your room is privately located on the 1st of 3 stories. The room has a patio & a private & non shared full bathroom with closet. Amenities: WiFi, Smart TV, Local Channels, Refrigerator, Kitchenette, Kitchenware, Coffee maker, Microwave and toiletries. Please be reminded that you have your own full bathroom & patio. No access to the main house & kitchen (like a hotel room). The space We are close to the 405 fwy. The house is one of 50 that are being built. We are surrounded by 4 churches so it is not congested with other buildings. Many stores are in walking distance. Guest access This is a private room with no access to main house. Full bathroom and patio is part of the room. During your stay We work Mon - Friday, 9 to 5pm. Weekends we are at the house but we like to go out. We like to entertain our friends occasionally. Other things to note No Smoking, Pets, Stay Over Guests, Loud Music or Noise.
