NOTE: All walls are now painted white as can be seen in the last pictures. Bright upper floor 3 bedrooms. This apartment has a large kitchen and bathroom with bath tub and shower. It is fully furnished and has all the kitchen appliances plus washer,dryer and dishwasher. Two bedrooms have comfortable queen sized beds, and the den which is now the third bedroom, has a double sized very comfortable sofa bed with luxury mattress topper. A thick curtain separates it from the living room and provides visual privacy. The other two bedrooms have doors. The unit is on the top floor of a typical Plateau Triplex. It is therefore nice and bright with plenty of air when windows are opened in the summer. An indoor staircase of about 30 steps leads you up to the unit. There are two balconies, the kitchen side balcony is a service balcony and off limits to guests. Guests may use the other one outside of the 3d bedroom. My guests, will have access to unlimited internet, and internet TV.
