It has a comfortable queen bed, ensuite, and living room with kitchenette. Attached is a private courtyard with ocean views and a BBQ. Shorebreak Studio 1 Bali Style is Modern and comfortable Enjoy walks on the beach and go to sleep with the sound of the ocean. The beach is a level 2 min walk across the road. Separate accommodation to the main residence with separate entrance and private courtyard. Pet Friendly. The studio is suitable for Adults and house Dogs only. Sorry the studio is not suitable for children. Pets need to be house trained. Please note your dog in the booking request. Extra charge of $50 per stay for dog stays is charged and due with booking. Pet Stay conditions need to be agreed to. For guests concerned about it being a pet friendly accommodation, the studio is thoroughly cleaned after each stay, with no traces of pets staying present. The studio has hard floors and rugs are removed when dogs stay. Dogs are not allowed on any furniture. Coronavirus- we have increased our cleaning to include disinfecting all surfaces and washing all linen and soft furnishings at 60o, we also asked guests to wash hands on arrival and each time they enter. We are also using a sanitising air purifier between guests. Until life returns to normal we won’t be meeting guests. We have self checkin key safe. Strict cancellation policy.
