Your TaHome

Your TaHome is a three-bedroom, one bath guest house located 6 blocks from Lake Tahoe, 5 blocks to a beautiful meadow, and 6 blocks to coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and shopping. It is a 10-minute drive to the casinos and the Heavenly tram. Includes high-speed internet and a desk in one of the bedrooms to work from home. Consider this, "Your TaHome". We live on site full time in the property in the "main house" which is adjacent to the "your tahome" house. TOT License #: 329217 The space Three-bedroom guest house with a full kitchen, dining area that seats six, front room with counter top bar, smart T.V., and WiFi. Bedroom 1: Full-sized bed, desk, and closet. Bedroom 2: Queen-sized bed, desk, and closet. Bedroom 3: King-sized bed and two twin beds. There is one bathroom with a vanity, toilet, and shower. "Your TaHome" has a shared driveway and shared FRIENDLY dog-friendly backyard. We live at the property which contains two homes full time. Because we live on the property full time, please respect the house rules regarding the maximum guest count, parking requirements, and noise ordinance - we will know if you don't. Guest access 2 vehicles can park in the shared driveway (2-vehicle max). Additional vehicles are subject to approval and require a $40/night/vehicle fee. There is no parking allowed on the street. The neighborhood is great for walking, hiking, or bike riding. Other things to note Guests are limited to two parked cars only. Additional cars are subject to approval and if approved, will be charged an additional $40 per car, per night. Street parking is not allowed. Friendly dogs are allowed for an additional fee of $50 per dog/ per night. If your dog is a barker this is not the home for you as there can be frequent activity in the driveway from cars or kids.
