Modern 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse with all the amenities, in the new Bayside Landing community situated in close proximity to the ocean, beaches, Coronado, and Downtown San Diego. *Please note: the unit is in a residential complex and not suitable for parties or events. Community noise regulations will be strictly enforced and violations will result in immediate eviction and termination of the rental. Commercial activities are also strictly prohibited. The space Come spend a relaxing weekend in this spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse with all the comforts of home. The downstairs area sports an open plan design that includes the kitchen, living room, and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen comes with state of the art appliances and and island bar that seats 4. The living room includes a 55" TV with built-in Roku, popular streaming subscriptions, and plenty of sofa seating. The dining area has seating for 6 but can be expanded to seat more. And help yourself to the complimentary coffee and tea bar. The upstairs guest rooms each have a queen bed and the master bedroom has a king bed and an additional sofa that pulls out into a queen bed. Sheets, bath towels, and beach towels are provided. You are also welcome use to use the fully-stocked laundry room which includes a high-efficiency washer and dryer, ironing board, clothing steamer. Basic toiletries are also provided. Guests will have access to the attached garage which has parking for 2 cars. Any additional vehicles may NOT be parked anywhere in the community at any time. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and attached garage which has parking space for 2 cars. Codes for the garage and entrances will be provided before prior to arrival. Other things to note Please ensure you read and fully understand the house rules at the beginning of your stay. Please keep in mind that this is not only my home but the community is home to many others, including elderly residents and families with young children so please be considerate of their safety and comfort. If anything is unclear, please contact me so I can explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstandings. 1. No parties or events. Commercial activities are also strictly prohibited. If you are found in violation of these rules, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately. 2. No drugs or illegal activities. If you are found to be in possession of illegal substances or conducting illegal activities, the authorities will be notified and you will be evicted from the property immediately. 3. No smoking and no shoes inside the home. Also please treat my home with the same respect that you would treat your own and maintain a good level of cleanliness. 4. No pets. I love animals but out of respect for guests with allergies, animals are not allowed. 5. Vehicles parked in guest spots or fire lanes will be towed. There is garage parking space for two cars and any additional vehicles can be parked on street parking in the surrounding neighborhoods. 6. Quiet hours are after 10pm. Any noise complaints may result in eviction from the property and termination of the vacation rental. 7. Guest count may not exceed 8 people. It is a violation of city ordinance for this property to be occupied by more than 8 people. If you are found in violation of this rule, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately. 8. Guests are not permitted to use the community pool and jacuzzi. This is a violation of the HOA rules and regulations and guests may be subject to fines from the HOA if found in violation. 9. Do NOT dispose of diapers or other human waste in the garbage bin. You must take these with you and dispose of them yourself. 10. Do NOT place loose garbage in the garbage bin. All trash must be placed in garbage bags and securely tied (extra garbage bags are located under the sink). 11 .Bring your own sheets and towels if you have a fake tan. Stained sheets will result in additional charges to replace the entire sheet set. 12. Check-in is after 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out is 11am on the day of departure. 13. Please review the check-out instructions for cleaning and maintenance before checking out.
