Once inside the condo you'll find 2 key fobs hanging on coat hanger, a parking pass, and access code. The key fob gives you access to the beach and the glass elevators. ** Please do not lose fob – there is a $50 replacement charge for lost fobs. The main elevators are unlocked at 7am – 5pm daily. AFTER 5pm – You will be required to use the key fob to use the elevators. This is especially important on check-in day. Once inside. Enjoy. Please do not try to access locked closets. Those are owner’s closets for us. Anything else is fair game. The sofa bed has a pump for the topper. It’s located in the drawer in the china hutch. Please review the Condo Rules that are also in this folder. It will give you info regarding the property. We will register you at the front office. If asked – you are guest / friends of the Pirkle’s – please do not mention you are an Airbnb renter. Parking Space is #425 There is a washer and dryer in the condo.
