Grandma's house

The perfect home in the perfect neighborhood. This immaculately tidy 3 bedroom/2 bath home sits on a huge .25 acre lot in the heart of Rio Rancho. The quiet, low traffic street ensures that everyone, from family with children to traveling business executives will feel safe and secure. A short ten minute walk gives you access to a huge park complete with dog park and tennis courts. Don't pass up an opportunity to book this jewel. Well-mannered dogs are welcome for an additional charge. The space What makes this space unique is just that. SPACE. While the home is not particularly spacious in the traditional sense (in fact I consider it cozy), my guests will immediately realize they have all the space they need for a relaxing get away. Guest access You will have access to the entire home with the exception of garage. Other things to note My goal is to offer every guest a top notch experience, be it 2 nights or an extended stay of several weeks. I grew up just around the corner from this house and my parents still reside in the neighborhood. When I was a young adult attending the University of New Mexico, my maternal grandmother purchased this home. She lived in it the last 11 years of her life. I savor vivid memories of long chats with G-Unit (she loved it when I called her that) in her home. In the area that I have turned into a home office, just off the kitchen, Granny would spend every morning in her favorite blue rocker/glider sipping her coffee, chatting with her daughters on the phone and planning her day. Through good fortune I eventually ended up with Granny's house and after a good deal of face lifting and TLC her place can now be your place. Hopefully, you'll have the good fortune of creating fond memories of your own here. One more VERY IMPORTANT note: New Mexico is known around the globe for it's unique food. New Mexican food is NOT just Mexican food, it is food prepared using red and green chilis indigenous to our state and many recipes handed down for generations dating all the way back to the Spanish Conquistadors. You won't find our food in Arizona or Texas. But you'll have ample opportunity to eat some mighty fine New Mexican food when you visit my home state. There are also two security cameras on the property that you should be aware of - One is located at the front door and the other is located on the back patio. Please do not unplug the cameras.
