The space The separate vacation apartment is located in the attic of our residential building and can be reached separately via a staircase in the vestibule. The house is located on a large, private property without a public right of way, with a secure parking space for cars and a shelter for bicycles, in a very quiet location on the outskirts of the village. In addition to the fish pond, barbecue and smoking area, the park-like grounds also offer plenty of open space for relaxing and undisturbed sunbathing. The vacation rental consists of a large combined living room/bedroom, which is equipped with a cozy couch corner, a double bed (160x200; separate mattresses) and a satellite TV system, among other things. The bedroom has a double sofa bed (160x200) and a wardrobe. The mini-kitchen contains all the necessary utensils for preparing food and a seating area. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. In addition, the laundry drying area and the vacation seating area on the property can be used. The fruit trees and shrubs invite you to snack, and the pond invites you to linger. The two separate holiday accommodations, the holiday house and the holiday apartment, are located on a 2500 m² enclosed private property with a secure parking space for cars and a shelter for bicycles at the farthest edge of the village in a quiet location on the island of Rügen. In addition to the fish pond, barbecue and smoking area, the park-like property also offers plenty of space for relaxing and undisturbed sunbathing (nudism is also possible). Bicycles can be rented for a fee.
