Our 6 bedroom, 6.5 bath has 4 king suites, a two queen suite, and a bunk room with two twins over fulls. We have a pool and grill at the living level, a screened in porch, and two game rooms ping pong, shuffle board table, and games. We have a private access beach away from the crowds, but are one mile from Coligny and connect to the bike path. We have sought to equip our modern farmhouse designed home to a high standard and to anticipate your needs for a luxurious stay. We want you to feel relaxed and comfortable while on vacation in paradise. SLEEP like a baby in one of our 6 bedrooms each with their own private bath. RELAX by the pool patio and grill connected to the kitchen and screened in porch. PLAY in the sand just 100 steps away with no roads to cross. RECONNECT as a family as you play ping pong, shuffleboard, board games, cards and more. EAT in our open concept kitchen with a large island that seats 6,and farmhouse table that seats 10. 5throw home. Private Access to beach. 100 steps to the sand dune entrance to the beach. No busy roads to cross. Parking for 4 cars in the garage. Access point to the North Forest Beach Bike Path is across the street from our home. We are one mile from Coligny Plaza ( Dinning, Shopping, Entertainment) --- Pool heat, if wanted, is an extra $300 PAID separately. You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. Other things to note Pool heat is $300 per week and paid separately.
