Here you will find a clean cozy home with everything you need when travelling with children or a group of friends—full kitchen, washer and dryer, private yard, off-street parking. Convenient location near public transportations. Short distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping malls. 15 minutes to downtown and airport by car. The space Home was recently remodeled and located on a large lot. It feels cozy and secluded, yet so close to many stores and restaurants. Home features hardwood floor in living room, two bedrooms, full kitchen with basic cookware, gas stove, oven, dish washer, fridge, washer and dryer. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed. Bedroom #2 has a double sized bed. Guest access Guests will have the whole house to themselves. Other things to note *Pets are not allowed on property due to severe allergies/asthma. Do not book or send a booking request if you are bringing your pets. Thank you for your understanding. Please read and agree to the house rules before booking. Portland city code requires us to keep the log with name, address, and vehicle information (license plate number) for ALL guests. Please provide this information with your confirmed booking. Also, we would like to kindly ask you to disclose the total number of guests accurately. Extra guest fee is $15 per person per night, after 2 guests. You will be subjected to $50 fine per person per night if you fail to include extra person(s) when making the reservation. If you have already made a reservation and the number of guests are not accurate, you can go back to your reservation page and edit the number of guests accordingly. When requesting a reservation, please tell me a little about yourself and the person traveling with you. For safety and security concerns, people whose names are not listed on the reservation will not be allowed to stay. Please complete ID verification thru Airbnb. It gives us some peace of mind opening up our home. Please observe check-in and check-out time as we have guests checking in and out back to back on the same day. Check-in time is 4pm or after. Check-out time is by 11am. Due to tight cleaning schedule, late check-out is not allowed. Early check-in is not likely possible—however, if the home is ready before check-in time, we will send you a message to let you know.
