Detached vacation home in a small, quiet vacation village for up to 7 people with 3 bedrooms, 1 sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, whirlpool, sauna, fireplace, bright living area with open kitchen, stair gate, covered terrace with barbecue, garden, seating, hammock and your own rowing boat & SUP. The bathing lake with sandy beach and sunbathing lawn is approx. 50m away. A place to relax and unwind! Surrounded by beautiful nature with many excursion destinations in the area. The space Cozy and bright Swedish house on 2 levels with open gallery. Here you have a partial (limited - trees in summer) view of the lake. A rowing boat and a SUP belong to the house free of charge from May to October. For bookings of 5 nights or more, we provide bed linen free of charge. Guest access To the entire house Other things to note The minimum stay varies depending on the season and is between 3 - 7 nights. Please avoid arrivals and departures on public holidays, as we do not have a cleaning service available then! YOU DO NOT NEED TO BRING THIS WITH YOU: Bed linen (PLEASE NOTE: only for stays of 5 nights or more!), tea towels, hand soap, one hairdryer per bathroom, washing-up liquid, washing-up sponge, filter coffee, coffee filter, salt, pepper, oil are available in the house. The kitchen is very well equipped with a wide selection of pots, pans, bowls, etc. Sleeping without bed linen and sheets is not allowed for hygienic reasons. CHILDREN: For families with children, stair gates, 2 high chairs, 1 travel cot, children's crockery and a small selection of toys are available free of charge. There is a small trampoline in the garden shed, which can be used in the garden without shoes. Entering is at your own risk, parents are liable for their children. The utilities (gas, water and electricity) are included in our fees. The house has a rowboat and a SUP that you can use free of charge from May to October. An electric motor can be booked on a weekly basis (50€). Please report any damage to/in the house immediately so that the management can arrange for repairs if necessary and to avoid any misunderstandings regarding costs incurred for damage.
