Back house studio is located in owners' private backyard featuring pool, spa, BBQ, firepit, fireplace and all the amenities. Located in Newport Heights neighborhood, minutes away from The Triangle and a bike ride from the beach. 2 Beach Cruisers inc! The space Modern cozy living that opens up to a firepit and newly installed pool. Comes with many upgraded amenities. Guest access Access to Villa is via gate at the top of the driveway at the right side of the house. Other things to note We are pet friendly. We do welcome the furbabies but there is a pet fee of $50 per pet. We can do a special discount for more than one pet. We do ask please pick up after the pet mess inside and outside of the home and dispose it properly. And no pets allowed on the furniture or beds please. Bring a crate if the pet is unattended. We do have dogs on the premise but they won’t cross path unless you see us walking them out from the front yard. There is a $50 fee for the third guest. We will set up the futon with additional sheets, duvet, pillows, towels and extra amenities before your arrival.
