One queen-sized bed, one queen-sized air mattress to accommodate a third guest. There is a smart TV (log into your Netflix account) but no cable. I live in a separate unit upstairs. This is your air-conditioned cottage getaway or writer’s retreat just a quick stroll from downtown Pullman! Enjoy nature alongside comfortable amenities, and walk to the best shops, restaurants, and (in the spring/summer) the Pullman farmer's market. One driveway parking spot included. I will give you space but be available if you need me. Close to downtown and Sunnyside Park The private entrance to the suite is accessible at the bottom of garden steps with no railing (see photo). Please watch your step and reconsider booking if you have mobility issues. The suite you'll be renting has a locked utility room housing the home's furnace and hot water heater. When these are running, there is a hum. There is a white noise machine in the suite to help easily disturbed sleepers. But for those who are very easily disturbed by soft noises, you might reconsider booking. I provide coffee, creamer, sugar, bottled water, some basic toiletries, and all linens.
