We have a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a second bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a twin trundle bed, a pull out sectional in the living room and a spare twin blow up mattress. It is equipped with all the necessities (and extras!), including one full and one half bath with plenty of fresh towels/body wash/shampoo/conditioner, AC/heat, internet, Wi-Fi, smart TV for your streaming services, full kitchen with cookware & utensils (while we don't provide breakfast we do offer coffee & tea, and have condiments, oil, spices and others at the bungalow), toaster, coffee make, microwave, dishwasher, iron & ironing board, extra pillows & blankets and outside seating. There is also a desk in the 2nd bedroom for those working remotely. **full bath is attached to the master bedroom, so guests not staying in that room will have to access it to use the shower. Please note that because we are in the city and close to the interstate there will be "city sounds" that you would expect to hear staying in the heart of a busy area. CLIMATE & BUGS Florida has one of the most incredible tropical climates which allows for that Summer feel all year round. However, be sure to layer on the sunscreen and keep hydrated as it can get quite hot and humid here in the sun, and be mindful of the occasional tropical rainstorms. We are lucky to have such an incredibly diverse ecosystem here in Tampa, with a variety of different plants, lizards, bugs, and more. All of our properties are inspected often, and treated with pest control. We share this as you may see some of these local "visitors" from time to time but we do work to mitigate and treat them regularly. UNEVEN FLOOR This home is over 100 years old and has a pier foundation. Over that period of time, these homes can "settle," resulting in uneven floors. Our home is one of those homes! Please don't book our charming, historic bungalow if you are expecting the perfection of new construction. The floors are uneven towards the back of the house. This will not affect your stay in any way but we want to at least make you aware and keep an accurate description of this home. Please message us with any additional questions! Guest access Guest have full access to the home and yard. Free street parking in front of the house. Other things to note No smoking inside No parties or events Quiet time after 10pm Check in after 4pm Check out by 11am
