They are 83 square meters private, with a frontal and total view of the sea from the suite and living room, full kitchen, living room with sofa bed, two bedrooms (1 suite), two full bathrooms, in the most valued area of Fortaleza! The space Guests have access to the entire apartment, with 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms (1 en-suite), a full kitchen, an air-conditioned living room and a balcony with a privileged view of the Atlantic Ocean! Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the apartment and condominium, including indoor and outdoor pools, Jacuzzi, sauna, fitness center, market and restaurant! Other things to note There is a restaurant that has a cafeteria, bakery, pizzeria and grocery store inside the condominium! If you wish to receive visitors in the apartment: - Each visitor must be previously registered and authorized by me (the owner) at the condominium reception, at least 4 hours in advance, and I will also need the full name and ID or CPF number of each of the visitors and the exact dates on which they will be visiting. - Visitors are registered only during business hours. We do not make last-minute registrations, nor late at night or during the early hours of the morning. - Maximum 4 visitors per day.
