The space Guests have access to the entire apartment, with 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms (1 en-suite), a full kitchen, an air-conditioned living room and a balcony with a privileged view of the Atlantic Ocean! Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the apartment and condominium, including indoor and outdoor pools, Jacuzzi, sauna, fitness center, market and restaurant! Other things to note There is a restaurant that has a cafeteria, bakery, pizzeria and grocery store inside the condominium! If you wish to welcome guests to the apartment: - It is necessary that each visitor is previously registered and authorized by me (owner) at the condominium reception, at least 04 hours in advance, and I will also need the full name and ID number or CPF number of each of the visitors and the exact dates on which they will be visiting. - The registration of visitors is done only during business hours. We do not record in the early hours and not late at night or at dawn. Maximum 4 visitors per day.
