The space The furniture and house wares are new setup and will the same style and quality as shown in our other listings. This newly furnished tri levels house has modern amenities, a quiet location, and proximity to all that Alderwood Mall neighborhood has to offer. It has 5 bedrooms, five bathrooms, a kitchen, living room, dinning room, laundry room. The Master bedroom has a Queen bed. The second and third bedroom, fourth and fifth each has a Queen bed. The living room has a Queen bed, and a Single bed. Guest access Access to the entire house is for you and your group only. There are multiple parking places in front of the house. The door is equipped with an electronic lock. Upon your arrival, you will be provided a 4 digits access code to open the door. You have access to use the yards around the house. Please pick up after your pet if you bring them with you. My team and I reserve the right to occasionally access to the yards to mow the lawn and maintain yards with or without notice. Other things to note Is your group larger than this home can accommodate? We can host up to *50* guests across our portfolio with all homes located within the same block. Please note: the refrigerator is currently has no water or ice.
