Description

Welcome to the little stone cottage on beautiful Sylvan Lake. We are located in Rome City, IN. This adorable house, originally built in 1930, was remodeled and completely renovated in 2018. The updated kitchen features tiled backsplash, gas range, oven, and fridge. There is a microwave and Keurig for your convenience. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a small wardrobe for hanging clothes, and a dresser. The bathroom features a tiled shower. The space Guests have use to the whole cottage, and it’s property with a small deck just outside the bedroom, and pavilion with picnic table and fire pit. Guest access Guests have access to two bicycles which can be used on the local trails. We also have 2 kayaks you can use which are kept at our home a few houses away. Other things to note While the home is not lake front, there are lake views. If you have a boat, there is room for car and trailer for your boat. Public launch is 1/2 mile away. R&S Boats in town also rents pontoon boats. It is a place for peace and quiet. There is no tv. Allows time to get back to nature, read a book, play a game. Wifi included.
