A 10-minute walk to the subway to access via #3 or #4 train to Manhattan (approx. 40 mins.) The renovated apartment is furnished with a king-sized bed in the main bdrm and full-sized in the large living room. The apt is suitable for couples, business travelers, and families. NO smoking/vaping allowed. The space Guests can access the entire private apartment for use. Guest access Guests can access all areas of the apt and front porch. Please dispose your trash outside in exterior bins provided. Trash is picked up three times a week, so try to elimate leaving garbage in apt. Other things to note The recommended subway station to use is Sutter Avenue. It is a 10 min. walk away from the home or a 5 min bus ride on the B47 bus. There is another subway nearby (Saratoga Ave) however, this subway station is too desolate at night. It is ok to go there during the day for traveling to downtown Brooklyn or Manhattan, but when returning late to the apartment from the city please get off at Sutter Ave or Utica Ave, and take the B17 (from Utica) bus or B47 (from Sutter) to corner of Kings Hwy & Remsen. The apt is 1/2 block away. Utica and Sutter subway stations have more bustling, well-lit areas.
