The rental price includes a cleaning lady service from 9.00 am to 3.00 pm ( time can be adjusted based on your needs ) and a property management on site 24H in case of an emergency. The electricity is not included and it will be charged based on use at check out. The electrical meter number will be taken at check in and again at check out to see the kilowatt used. Other things to note Our incredible house lady , Albania , is a great cook for local dishes and she will be happy to cook for you for a fee of USD 35 per meal ( cost of ingredients are not included ) We are located in a private and gated community , just minutes from incredible beaches, restaurants and local stores.
