Welcome to our beautifully renovated home on the edge of the city of Wilmington that is super close to 95, train station, Philadelphia airport and bus stop is steps away. The listing is the entire 3rd story loft with a king sized bed, sleeper sofa, huge master en suite bathroom with glass shower and soaking tub. We look forward to your stay with us! The space Our home has been beautifully renovated from top to bottom. We have 4 rooms available in our space, this one is our premier room that's the entire 3rd story loft 10'x40' with 13' high exposed brick wall sporting a giant 60 in 4K HDTV, King sized bed, a huge spa like master bath with separate soaking tub and shower. The entertainment system has complimentary Xfinity cable, Netflix and Amazon prime along with chromecasting and Bluetooth ability. *Just upgraded!!** Gorgeous, huge master bathroom suite with separate freestanding soaking tub, 4x3ft foot modern glass shower and skylight! It's like your own private spa! We also have installed a super quiet, remote/wifi controlled central HVAC system which will bring temperatures to your individual preference with the touch of a button. Brand new flooring, brand new skylights, paint and furniture. The space also has a microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge. There is a brand new modern king sized bed with a comfy hybrid memory foam/coil spring mattress, comfy linens and blankets. There is also a pull out couch with a twin sized mattress that can be used for a guest that does not want to sleep in the same bed. The sofa also has a coffee table if you want to sit and have a cup of coffee in the morning. There is also a vanity/desk with a large mirror which is useful for studying or working on a computer, or doing makeup. There's a large wardrobe for clothing and hanging suits. Mini fridge with complimentary water and floor fan in the room (we know some of you need them to sleep.) Guests have access to an outdoor patio in our backyard with a beautiful custom pergola, romantic string lighting with outdoor couches and fire pit perfect for having some beer or wine and a BBQ this summer! Guest access The entire house including gourmet kitchen, laundry, backyard patio. During your stay *Please note we live full time in our other location 15 min away. We often stop by to check to make sure everything is clean and well stocked every other day. We even sometimes invite guests to a dinner or cookout. We try really hard to create a welcoming, respectful environment for our guests. We specialize in long term, professional corporate/healthcare worker housing and many times have travel nurses, medical students and other business professionals staying at this location. Other things to note The house has a push button code lock allowing entry at any time. We also have outdoor security cameras on the premises as well as automatic outdoor lights so the outside is well lit all night long. If you or one of your guests is not able to climb stairs very well, this is not the room for you since it's on the third story.
