Hop on the metro and in just a few minutes you’ll be in downtown Washington, DC and surrounded by the museums, galleries and one of the most famous addresses in the country — 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue! When you return from modern DC the historical ambiance, cobblestone paths and quaint shops will make you feel as though you've stepped back in time. Return to your Colonial-era decorated condo for a quiet evening to unwind. Stroll down King Street for great food and entertainment. There are a host of on-site amenities to keep everyone happy and busy. Gather the family for Movie Night and Bingo. Summer months can be spent at the BBQ cookouts. National Museums and Galleries that should be on your 'must-see' list include: The Holocaust Museum, the National Museum of African Art, the National Gallery of Art, the US Botanical Gardens, the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Arlington National Cemetery, the Smithsonian Institute, the Washington Monument, the Lincoln & Jefferson Memorials, and The National Zoo, just to name a few. Calendar: Please contact me for availability as I do not update the calendar daily. Availability does change by the minute, making it hard to keep updated. Policies: I do require two night minimum to make a reservation. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking the reservation, if more than 45 days out. The remaining balance will be due 45 days prior to arrival. If you make a reservation less than 45 days prior to check in then I do require full payment at the time of confirming the reservation. I also require a completed rental agreement on file with all reservations. I cannot hold any reservations without a deposit, unless arrangements are made with owner. I do accept Visa, Master Card and Discover to make a reservation and I will mail you a receipt to sign and return to me. Cancellation Policy: Currently at this time all rentals are final and no refunds will be issued. We do offer Travel Insurance if you would like to protect your vacation for unexpected emergencies. Please ask for information on CSA Travel Insurance. Should any resort amenities be unavailable or closed due to weather during renters vacation, Endless Resort Options will not be held responsible or offer any refunds or adjustments. Rates will vary depending on season, weekend/holidays, number of nights requested and time of booking.
