Kandahar Condominiums sits on the mountain overlooking the Taos Ski Valley and the Children’s Ski Center. The lifts are just outside your door, with shops and restaurants just a short walk across the slope. The space Condo #110 sleeps six, with one king bed, one queen, one trundle and a queen-size sleeper sofa. Condo #110 is a two-bedroom, two-bath, ski-in/ski-out condominium with fully equipped kitchen, down to the crock pot and in-room coffee, high speed wireless internet, and satellite television. Cozy up to your wood burning fireplace in the winter, and enjoy star-filled nights on your private balcony in the summer, and year-round. All paper products, linens, towels and kitchen and bathroom soaps are supplied, as are firewood and firewood starter logs. Housekeeping service is available for an additional fee. Guest access This vacation condo lodging is located in Building 2, the middle level, which features great views of the ski slopes. The front desk is open 7 days a week until 5pm (winter) and Monday-Friday 10am-2pm (summer) Don’t forget, if you are driving up in the winter you will need a 4-wheel drive vehicle to negotiate the roads and park on the mountain. For those who opt for 2-wheel drive, the Kandahar offers a shuttle service from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. from the ski area parking lot for check-in check-out only. If you do not have 4wd and will be needing our shuttle please give us a 24hr notice. BUY YOUR GROCERIES in Taos before driving all the way up to Taos Ski Valley Albertson's and Smith's are located on Route 64 N on the left as you drive through the Taos commercial district, and are open until 10pm. Cid's is located on 64 North just after you leave the historic district on the right, and is open until 7pm.
