Our beautiful, bright, clean and comfortable house has three bedrooms and big opening living area. The whole house that can fill up to 8 peoples. It centrally located on a quiet street, large yard. The house is a ranch style with a total three bedrooms and one office. The master bed room with a private bath. Two bedrooms that share a bathroom. In the middle of the house is a large open floor plan where the dining area and living area is one large room. Both the office and the sunroom have doors to the beautiful backyard. The kitchen has two big bay windows and connected to the dining room. The house is very warm with lots of wood. We are located on the Palos Verdes Peninsula about 18 miles from LAX airport, 30 minutes from downtown Los Angeles, and 45 minutes from Disneyland in good traffic. Nearby attractions within 10 miles include boats to Catalina Island, incredible tide pools and sea caves, Ports O'Call, Portuguese Bend, seaside hiking and biking trails, a whale interpretive center, and Terranea Resort. The house is 5 miles (10min.) to Terranea resort; 8 miles (14 min.) to Donald Trump National Golf Course; 3 miles ( 5 min.) to Las Verdes Golf Course; 6.5miles ( 12min) to Wayfarer Chapel ; 2.5miles to La Venta Inn Transit bus stations within 3 minutes of residence. Walking distance ( 0.5 mile) to shopping and dining.
