The Kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances plus small appliances such as toaster, regular coffee pot, Keurig, blender and juicer. The bedrooms are split plan with Master Bedroom on one side of the condo and the Guest Bedroom on the other. Each bedroom is ensuite for complete privacy for all guests and has their own Smart TV + cable. On stepping through the huge sliding glass doors on to the south facing screened lanai, there is an outdoor seating area for 4 persons so to enjoy the Florida weather on your own private balcony. Captain's Bay is perfectly located towards the southern end of the island. Every amenity is a short walk away including shopping, pharmacy, boating, cinema, restaurants and bars.
