The amenities of what the Sailhouse community offers is above any other place in Rockport/Fulton area. Its quite, close to town, Fulton beach road is a beautiful drive to the downtown attractions. Summerhouse has unique perks such as, a swimming pool, a private beach, fishing pier, pet friendly & close to local dining. Summerhouse is a nice, comfortable newly built 3 bed, 2.5 bath "home a way from home" with Free WiFi and fully equipped so you and your family will enjoy relaxing. The space We are a pet friendly home with a $150.00 Non Refundable Pet Fee (Limit 2 pets). You will provide payment directly to the homeowner by phone. Once Pet Fee is collected your Booking Request will be completed. A receipt will be immediately emailed to you to assure your furry friend will be welcomed. They will love to run on our beautiful private beach and play fetch all day!! Guest access An email will be provided with Parking Passes and a Front Door Code the day before your reservation. We will need to be provided the vehicles license plates numbers prior to your arrival. Please note: The Sailhouse Community does NOT allow more than 2 vehicles per unit; RV's, Boats and Trailer's are not Permitted. It is advisable to make other arrangement for additional parking prior to your booking. Other things to note Summerhouse Fishing Getaway House and Community Rules: Sailhouse is a small, quiet, family oriented and pet friendly. However, we do have simple rules to follow that will make your stay more harmonious with the community. *Must not exceed 6 guest at all times *NO trailers or boats allowed *Quiet Hours from 10:00-7:00 *Do not block roadways *Car limit is 2 at all times *Pet limit is 2 at all times. *Must pick up your puppy's poop *Pets must be leashed at all times *Lot 202- Fenced in area behind house is private property. No Trespassing. *Pool hours 8:00a - 10:00p *First Aid in Downstairs Bathroom *Fire Extinguisher under kitchen sink *Do not use (Linens) pillow cases as personal laundry bags. Garbage *Early check IN’s or late check OUT’s MUST be pre-approved. *Liners or plastic bags available for use. House Complimentary Supplies and Amenities *Toiletries/household supplies are complimentary use only: Dish soap, *dishwasher liquid, dish rack and pad, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry soaps, basket & Hand Soaps *Satellite TV & DVD player *X-Box Playstation and Games *A second set of sheets, pillowcases, and a protective waterproof cover. As well as a 3 blankets. *1 Laundry baskets and liners. *3 small beach towels *Pier key provided at hook in kitchen *2 parking passes/door code *Check OUT 11:00 am- Chargeable to Guest: *Remove all foods from Refrigerator $20.00 service fee *Remove Trash from Unit to Dumpster located at exit of Hwy 35. $10.00 *Clean Stove $35.00 *Clean BBQ Grill and remove coal ash $35.00 *Dog Damages & Poop in yard $20.00 *Stay Holdover every 30 minutes: $30.00 *Stains on sheets- Cost of replacement. *Replacement of Linen/towel/hand/wash towels.
