About 1/2 mile walk to beach area which is private for association use only, comprising of about 25 homes. In the summer take a short walk down to the lake and enjoy fishing, swimming, jumping off the lake platform on the premises of the Estate or go on the prowl to various local tourist attractions in the quaint Wilmington downtown. Nearby golf courses at Mt Snow. The fully equipped kitchen has everything for any chef. There is also a game/lounge room with a ping pong table and darts. Enjoy breath taking views from our large deck overlooking the Mt Snow valley. In the fall enjoy New England leaf peeping and many other local attractions. In the winter hit the slopes at Mt. Our bedroom and bed layout is on the 3 levels as follows: Lower level - one private master bedroom with a queen bed and a semi private family room with a new queen pull-out sofa bed, a full bathroom, full size ping-pong table, darts, and round bar table with 4 tall stools. Newly tiled floor. Main level - two bedrooms: one master bedroom with a new memory foam queen bed and one with 2 twin beds. Full bathroom. Upper level - one bedroom with 2 twin beds and a semi private loft with a queen futon. Guest access We have a convenient keyless entry with a 4 digit code so that there is no worry about loosing keys or sharing keys with your party. Everyone can come and go as they please. Other things to note Linens and towels (sheets and towels) are provided as well as pillows and blankets. Basic paper goods like paper towels and toilet paper provided. Hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, dish soap are also at the house for your convenience. Fully appointed kitchen with Keurig and drip coffee, pots, pans and dishes/utensils, blender, crock pot.
