With five bedrooms plus a media room, Kodiak Cabin comfortably sleeps up to 13 guests. The basement media lounge and wet bar provide a separate space for movie nights or relaxation, while radiant-floor heating ensures comfort throughout. Guests love the location—just minutes from both Navajo and Giant Steps ski lifts, now connected so you can ski both sides of the mountain without a shuttle. In summer, explore mountain-biking and ATV trails, cast a line at nearby fishing spots, or simply take in the panoramic alpine scenery from the deck. Winter Access & Snow Disclosure Please note: During winter, the driveway is plowed only when snow accumulation exceeds 5 inches. Shovels and snow-clearing tools are provided for guest use. 4WD is strongly recommended in snowy conditions. We strive to accommodate early check-in or late checkout requests whenever possible. Extended access comes with an additional fee of $50, which assists in covering the expenses related to adjusting our housekeeping schedules for special requests.
