The space -2-night minimum stay, 2-week maximum stay -no more than 2 guests of any age allowed due to space -absolutely no smoking or pets allowed -queen bed (Casper Original Hybrid mattress) -pillow topper, additional blankets, extra pillows provided for different needs -no washer/dryer; laundromat less than 1 mile away Check-in time: anytime after 1:00pm (keyless keypad entry) Check-out time: 10:00am The mother-in-law suite is attached to our house, but you have a separate entrance and driveway and share no walls with our house. It's a completely separate living space. We give you complete privacy. It's comfortable for 2 people with a living room with FireTV, kitchenette (fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, dishes, plenty of necessities, etc.), bedroom with queen bed and SmartTV, and full bath. There is a large deck and a gas grill out back as well. There are also a few beach supplies for you (cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels). Beach supplies are kept in the small resin storage shed just outside the suite in the front yard. You’ll see it as you walk in. We do not charge a cleaning fee and only ask guests to put wet towels in the shower before leaving. We do not expect you to do chores on your vacation. Free Wifi Two televisions with Hulu, Netflix, and other channels (Use only "guest" accounts on streaming channels.) We provide a link to our own digital guidebook at the time of booking. Provided: sheets, bath towels, soap, face wash, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, utensils, dishes, pots and pans, dishwasher detergent, coffee pods, single-brew coffeemaker, bottle opener/corkscrew, kitchen towels, iron, ironing board, beach chairs, beach towels, bathroom necessities Guest access Private driveway- our property has 2 driveways. Yours will be the concrete one without the mailbox and marked by a white address post. If we know guests will be arriving after dark for checkin, we do our best to turn on the lawn flood lights and front door lights. There is a brick sidewalk lined with path lights from your driveway to your entrance. Other things to note Please use “makeup” towels for face washing to avoid towels and pillowcases becoming discolored. We welcome you to cook, but please be clean in the process. Please consider not frying, particularly the morning of checkout. The smell of cooking oils and grease can linger and impact the next guest's stay. Use the exhaust fan when cooking, clean and wipe down after cooking to reduce odors, take solidifying liquids to outdoor trash ASAP, and run the air purifier. We have a young yellow lab, born December 2024, who is still learning her manners. She gets very excited to meet new people. She is not allowed to come inside the Airbnb suite.
