Welcome to our apartment, an excellent space located in the heart of the city, a few steps from the Hospicio Cabañas, very close to the Cathedral and the famous San Juan de Dios Market. The Condominium is called Reserva Central and has 24/7 security, entertainment areas such as a swimming pool, children's games, as well as a gym, parking and elevators. The apartment is on the third floor and is equipped with the most essentials for a pleasant stay. The space The apartment has two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a dining room, a living room, and a laundry room. It has WiFi, TV (cable), board games, hair dryer, clothes iron, first aid kit, fan, kitchen utensils, etc. It is a quiet and cozy place very close to various tourist and commercial points. If you want to relax, you can also take a dip in our pool or simply walk through the city's historic sites. Guest access Access is through the 24/7 security booth upon arrival, once inside you can enter and exit as many times as you need, you have 1 parking space. The room access key will be given to you once you are there. You have access to common areas such as; 🏋️ gym, 🏊‍♂️ pool with warm water and 🛝children's area (the amenities of the common areas are subject to maintenance and/or repairs. No refunds or discounts apply in the event of temporary or partial closure as it is not up to us and does not affect the proper functioning of the apartment).
