Belltown 1 bdrm loft, Heart of the city, walkable!

We bought this condo as our second home because of the GREAT LOCATION. The Belltown neighborhood is diverse with a mix of historic and modern buildings and is part of the soul of Seattle. In this location you can WALK to a ton of attractions and restaurants. We have secure garage space available when requested. You will be staying in a renovated historic building, full of charm. Our loft is 3rd level and no view. The space In the space you will have a queen bed located in an upstairs loft, and a double size sleeper sofa on main level. Included is clean bedding, pillows, towels and the basics - soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hair dryer. Kitchen has the basics – including coffeemaker and coffee. There is also a washer/dryer if needed. There are remote controlled window shades. This condo is also my family home part time. My personal things are separated in a closet. I love my Belltown home, and thank you for taking care of it. ****A/C - There is a portable air conditioner and fans, but no central air conditioning. Please be aware in the hottest days the upstairs sleeping area is hot - even with the air conditioner on. Do not choose my home if this might be an issue for you. *****NOISE - Be aware that this is an urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit is usually quiet. It is in the heart of Seattle--walkable to all the best Seattle has to offer. The loudest noise you will probably hear while in this condo is the garbage and recycling trucks below. *****NOTE - Our unit does not have a view. You can see the sky, but also another building across the alleyway. There is a rooftop deck you are welcome to use on level 6 for a view. No smoking on the deck or anywhere in building. *****NOTE - Like many big city urban cores, Seattle has some unhoused. There are diverse neighbors living in Belltown, and you will find an occasional unhoused who mean no harm and most keep to themselves. If you have questions about safety, please ask. My condo unit has a door code. I will message you check-in info after booking, shortly before your arrival. When possible, I am always happy to accommodate various arrival and departure times. Note: check in steps with will be sent to you as your arrival date approaches. It will include a lot of details so read over before arriving to ensure a smooth check in. I also like to use text for quick message. Other things to note No parties, visitors or extra guests. .....You will be required to leave if house rules are not followed so please read them. We strongly enforce the extra guest or visitor rules and a fine will be imposed for violation. Message me if you have questions about this as I am reasonable to accommodate certain requests when set in advance. — There is High speed internet, wi-fi, and Netflix on the living room tv (the bedroom tv has only a DVD player). — Bedding and extra blankets are in the bedroom dresser and armoires. — The bedroom is in the upstairs loft. If stairs are a challenge for you, then this is not a good fit. Not suitable for children. — there is a portable air conditioner downstairs and two fans, but the upstairs loft can be quite hot in the hottest days. — There is a small rooftop deck (no smoking).
